Keratsouda
Introduction
Keratsouda is a rare red or rosé grape variety from Northern Greece, primarily in Evros and Thrace, which is at risk of extinction and is sporadically cultivated in old vineyards. It is an early, productive variety with triple use (vinification and table), featuring bright pink berries, crisp flesh, and disease resistance, associated with the region's tradition.
Tasting Notes
Color: Bright rosé or light red in wine. Aromas: Multiple fruit, floral, and light sweetness aromas. Palate: Crisp texture, balanced acidity, light body with a refreshing finish.
