Chatzigeorgiou Estate
Intro
Chatzigeorgiou Estate was founded by Petros Chatzigeorgiou, a beverage trade entrepreneur who settled in Lemnos in the late 1980s, captivated by the island and its potential for wine. Located in Karpasi, Lemnos (Municipality of Atsiki), it is now considered one of the most innovative and recognized wineries on the island, with a focus on quality and highlighting the identity of Lemnos.
Estate
The family tradition began in Phocaea, Asia Minor in 1890 and continues today in Lemnos, with four generations of the Chatzigeorgiou family. The winery has received dozens of international awards and high ratings in Europe.

The winery owns vineyards and collaborates with selected producers for consistent quality. The facilities cover an area of ~1,800 sq.m. on a 15 stremma estate, with underground cellars and a tasting room. Annual production reaches ~230,000 bottles, with more than 10 labels. Local varieties such as 'Muscat of Alexandria - PDO' (in white, dry, or sweet) and 'Limnio' (red) are cultivated.
