Vineyards

Indigenous varieties include Savatiano and Malagousia, while international ones include Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Moschofilero, Agiorgitiko. Winemaking is based on modern techniques such as fermentation at controlled temperatures and the use of lees for 4 months.
Tourism
The winery is open to visitors by appointment from Monday to Saturday. The experience includes a tour of the production, bottling, and storage areas, as well as a tasting of 4 labels accompanied by barley rusks and olives.
