Vineyards
- ~2 hectares (5 stremmas), distributed across five different vineyard sites on the island. - Dry farming without irrigation, on terraces exposed to strong meltemi winds and sea salt. - Organic practices with natural preparations (nettle, garlic, seaweed) instead of chemicals. - White – from local varieties, delicate aromatic profile, balance, and freshness. - Redish – red, rich, with structure and long finish. - Sundried – semi-sweet, in certain years, with traditional sun-drying of grapes.
Tourism
The winery is not open to the public, but its wines are available locally in Sifnos (restaurants & wine shops) and selectively in Athens (e.g., Farmer’s Republic).
