Estate
Paliatsas Winery is located in Faro Avlidas (Evia), about 14 km from Chalkida. It was founded in 1988 by Giorgos Paliatsas, with the support of Anastasia Marathoniti, and remains a family business.
Vineyards
The range of Paliatsas Winery is rich and varied, covering almost all categories: White dry. Rosé dry: The Mild Rosé, Wild Rosé, Junior Rosé. Red dry: Junior Red, Paliatsas Merlot. Semi-sweet and sparkling. Also notable: Pafsilipos (white, Merlot, rosé). Chardonnay. Malagouzia–Savvatiano. Junior (white & red). The labels are characterized by aromatic intensity, balance, and complex character, capturing the terroir of Avlida.
Tourism
The winery is open to visitors Monday–Friday, 10:00–17:00, exclusively by appointment.
