Domaine Agrovision Winery
Intro
Domaine Agrovision is located in Xiropotamos, Halkidiki, a short distance from Mount Athos, and was founded in 2011 by Greeks inspired by France.
Estate
The dream was born during a walk in Bordeaux and was realized in this unique land of Macedonia.
Vineyards
The estate covers 6.4 hectares (64 stremmas) with areas distributed across various microclimates of the region, benefiting from the Athos breeze and the poor, well-drained soils. The foundation of the plantings consists of noble French varieties: Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Syrah, Petit Verdot. At the same time, there is a shift towards Greek elements, with plantings of Vidiano and Limnio. The “20” series includes white, rosé, and red. Other labels: Vidiano “B”, Limnio “Λ”, Ieris Oinos.
Tourism
The winery is open to visitors, offering tours of the vineyards and winery, as well as tastings with a focus on the “20” series and single-varietal expressions.
