Estate
Founded in 1992 by Costa Lazaridi, who introduced the first modern linear vineyard in the area, significantly contributing to the revival of viticulture in Drama.
Vineyards
The vineyard spans over 1,800 stremmas, with Greek and international varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc, Assyrtiko, Syrah, Malagouzia, Merlot, Agiorgitiko, and Chardonnay. The winery covers approximately 13,000 sq.m. and features modern production and bottling equipment, underground cellars, and tasting rooms. The estate's main wine series include “Amethystos,” “Château Julia,” and “Domaine Costa Lazaridi.”
Tourism
The estate houses the Costa Lazaridi Wine Museum (Oinotria Land), one of the most comprehensive wine museums in Greece. The museum highlights the history of the vine and wine from antiquity to the present, with exhibits and artworks. Visitors can participate in organized tours of the vineyards, winery, museum, and enjoy tastings of the estate's labels.
