Vineyards
The estate's portfolio includes approximately 15 hectares, with 80–85% of the grapes sourced from privately owned vineyards and the remainder from collaborations with local producers. The vineyards are situated at an altitude of 600–1,100 meters, in well-drained soils of Nemea, focusing on natural cultivation and manual harvesting. Signature Labels: Rarus K – a white from Kydonitsa at an altitude of ~600 meters, using gentle, minimal intervention techniques (cold extraction, gentle filtration). Red blend Agiorgitiko–Cabernet Sauvignon – deep red color, aromas of red fruits and oak, balanced body, and complexity in the finish.
