Vriniotis Winery is a family-owned winery located in Gialtra, northern Evia. The family's involvement with viticulture dates back to previous generations, with the father of the current winemaker cultivating vineyards and creating the first traditional wine press. Today, a modern winery operates next to it.

Vriniotis Winery is located in Gialtra, northern Evia, approximately 14 km from the thermal springs of Aidipsos. The family has been involved in viticulture for generations.
Vineyards
The vineyards cover approximately 100 stremmas at the foothills of Mount Telethrio, at an altitude of 150–400 meters. Greek and international varieties such as Vradiano, Syrah, Mavrokountoura, Assyrtiko, Malagouzia, Aidani, and Monemvasia are cultivated. The philosophy emphasizes the expression of terroir and low yield per stremma. The wine range includes over 12 labels, such as Iama White, Iama Rosé, Methea, Syrah & Vradiano Wild Ferment, Assyrtiko “Omma” Sur Lie, Retsina Gialtra, and sparkling wine.
Tourism
The winery is open to visitors year-round and offers tours of the vineyards, the traditional wine press, the winery, and the cellar. Wine tasting is offered with selected wines and local products. The view of the Aidipsos Gulf is enchanting, especially at sunset. The tasting package starts at approximately €23 per person, with online booking and free cancellation available.
