Liakou Winery
Intro
Liakou Winery (Ktima Liakou) is located in Gavros, Kalabaka, at the foothills of Meteora, at an altitude of 470 meters, offering one of the most impressive landscapes in Greece. It was founded in 2009 with a family philosophy: "from vineyard to bottle."

Vineyards
The vineyards include privately owned areas as well as collaborations with producers within a distance of up to 3 km. The grapes are chilled for ≥24 hours in a special chamber. Reception is done by gravity, without pumps, for gentle extraction. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Maturation in selected French oak barrels. Labels: Asproparis – white dry, Cabernet Sauvignon & Syrah – red dry, Merlot – red dry, Xinomavro – red dry, Noctus Blanc – white dry, Noctus Rosé – rosé dry, Noctus Red – red dry. There are also labels referencing the environment and local spirit: Meteora Earth, Sacred Paths, Asproparis.
Tourism
The winery is open to visitors daily from 09:00–17:00 (with or without an appointment). The experience includes: Vineyard tour, Winery, bottling & cellar tour, Tasting in a specially designed room.
