Sotiriou Winery

Sotiriou Winery was established in 1996 by Dimitris and Efrosyni Sotiriou in the village of Lesini, near Messolonghi. The area has been known since antiquity for its viticultural tradition and continues to be an important production center.

Sotiriou Winery was founded in 1996 by Dimitris and Efrosyni Sotiriou in the village of Lesini, near Messolonghi, in the historic region of Oinades in the Aetolia-Acarnania prefecture.
Vineyards
The winery owns 110 stremmas of vineyards in Paracheloitida, within Oinades. The main varieties cultivated are Malagousia, the rare local Avgoustolidi, and Mavrodaphne. Labels include: Maganas (Dry white from Malagousia), Atropos (Dry white from Avgoustolidi), Armiriki (Rosé from Moschato), Stamna (Dry red from Mavrodaphne).
