Στα 28 του χρόνια, ο Χρήστος μετρά ήδη περίπου οκτώ χρόνια στον χώρο του κρασιού. Έχει περάσει από διαφορετικά εστιατόρια, εργάζεται ως sommelier, ταξιδεύει ασταμάτητα και υπολογίζει πως έχει επισκεφθεί περίπου 450 με 500 ελληνικά οινοποιεία, μαζί με ακόμη περίπου 60+ στο εξωτερικό.
