Kozanitis
Introduction
Kozanitis is a rare white grape variety of triple use from Western Macedonia, suitable for table grapes, wine, and raisins, with limited cultivation in the Kozani area. It is a vigorous, productive variety, resistant to drought and diseases, maintained in local vineyards despite modern challenges.
Tasting Notes
Color: Light green-yellow with golden highlights when ripe. Aromas: Citrus, green fruits, and light floral notes. Palate: Juicy, sweet and sour, with a crisp texture and balanced acidity.
