Ktima Roxani Matsa is located in Kantza Pallini, in the heart of Mesogeia, Attica, just a few kilometers from the center of Athens. It is one of the most significant historical vineyards of Attica, in a region with an uninterrupted winemaking tradition for centuries.

Ktima Roxani Matsa is located in Kantza Pallini, in the heart of Mesogeia, Attica. Chateau Matsas (1982) – one of the most important expressions of Savatiano. First bottling of Malagouzia (1994) – a historic moment for the revival of the variety. Wine Personality of the Year 2001 – an accolade for Roxani Matsa for her overall contribution to Greek wine.
Vineyards
The estate spans 122 stremmas and has been cultivated with certified organic practices since 1998. The vineyards are situated at an altitude of 105–140 meters above sea level, in an area with a Mediterranean climate. The soils are mainly clay and loam, rich in calcium, potassium, and magnesium. Indigenous varieties: Savatiano, Malagouzia, Assyrtiko, Roditis. International varieties: Sauvignon Blanc, Syrah.
