Andreou Winery
Estate
Andreou Winery was founded in 1995 by Andreas Andreou in the region of Troizina, near Galatas, at the northeastern tip of the Peloponnese. In 2010, his son Nektarios Andreou — an oenologist and holder of WSET® Level 2 — took over management, modernizing the facilities and revitalizing production with a focus on quality and outreach.
Vineyards
The privately owned vineyards are located in Methana, on volcanic soils, which, combined with the maritime and semi-mountainous microclimate, create a strong terroir. Both indigenous and international varieties are cultivated and vinified: Moschofilero, Agiorgitiko, Roditis (Roditis fox), Savvatiano, Syrah. The product range includes: red, white, rosé, orange, and sweet wines, as well as spirits.
Tourism
The winery is open to visitors and has been developed as a complete wine tourism destination, offering: Tours of the vineyards and production areas. Tastings with selected wines and local delicacies. A restaurant with local cuisine. Accommodation for visitors. A children's area and access for people with mobility difficulties. Opening hours: Monday – Saturday: 09:00–21:00, Sunday: by appointment only.
