Cultivation: Organic, non-irrigated. Style: Bush vines (cup) on terraces on the slopes of the volcano. Philosophy: Low-intervention – minimal use of sulfites, respect for the terroir. 'Anerades' Collection: Dedicated to the terroirs and grapes of the Dodecanese. 'Monopatia' Collection: Experimental series with unconventional techniques. Special Labels (2024): Apýri: Orange from Athiri (90%) & Assyrtiko (10%), aged in amphorae and inox; aromas of honey, smoke, leather, flint; full-bodied, tannic, ~2,500 bottles. Five, Ten, Fifteen...: White 100% Athiri (Rhodes, Emponas); lemon, banana, pineapple, linden flowers; ~3,000 bottles. Three, Two, One...: White 100% Athiri (Charakaki, Emponas); apple, pear, grapefruit, flint, bread; intensely mineral, ~3,000 bottles.

Located next to Emporios, with visiting opportunities. Although organized tastings are not mentioned, the underground architecture and placement in the volcanic landscape offer an authentic experience.
