Achaia Clauss was founded in 1861 by the Bavarian Gustav Clauss in Petroto, Patras, at an altitude of approximately 500 meters, and is considered the oldest operating winery in Greece.
Estate
Achaia Clauss has received more than 150 international awards, with 51 gold and 38 silver medals, and its wines are exported to over 40 countries.
Tourism
It is one of the country's first wine tourism destinations. Today, it welcomes approximately 200,000 visitors annually, offering: Tours of the winery and cellars, Tastings of iconic wines, Cultural events and exhibitions that blend tradition with modern experience.
