Vineyards
The cultivation extends over 350 stremmas (35 ha) of a single vineyard, with 60% white and 40% red varieties. The planting was based on detailed soil studies, while the selection of varieties is mainly Greek with a complementary presence of international ones. The range includes both more accessible blends and more expressive single varietals: Merlot – Cabernet Sauvignon: red, friendly, and accessible, priced around €10–11. Rosé Limnio: soft color, aromatic nose with fruity character and pomegranate notes.
Tourism
A strategic goal is the development of agritourism experiences, allowing visitors to experience the wine production process firsthand.
