The family's relationship with viticulture dates back to the 1930s, while the modern winery was established in 1984. Today, it is managed by Giannis Nikolaou, who combines tradition with modern oenological practices.

Vineyards
The vineyards range from 250 to 650 meters in altitude, in areas with Mediterranean and continental climates, while the limestone and clay soils contribute to the production of high-quality grapes. The estate cultivates a total of approximately 170 stremmas of vineyards, with an average planting age of 20 years. It practices certified organic farming, and the harvest is carried out manually. Indigenous varieties such as Agiorgitiko, Malagouzia, Kydonitsa, Moschofilero, Moschato, Roditis, Assyrtiko, and Mavrodaphne are cultivated, as well as international varieties like Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Syrah, Chardonnay, and Grenache Rouge. The annual production amounts to approximately 150,000 bottles.
Tourism
The winery welcomes visitors throughout the year without requiring a mandatory reservation. Visitors can participate in tours of the vineyards and production areas, as well as wine tastings of the estate's wines. Available tour languages: Greek, English, and French. Visiting hours: 10:30 – 15:00. The winery also offers access for people with disabilities.
