Bosinakis Winery was founded in 1992 by Fotis and Christina Bosinakis in Steno Mantineias, at an altitude of 660 meters. It is a family business spanning three generations, continuing to highlight the region's terroir with respect and passion.

Vineyards
The vineyards extend across three villages (Steno, Lithovounia, Ayioryitika) with organic and sustainable cultivation practices. The yield remains low (800–1,000 kg/stremma). The main variety is Moschofilero, while for other varieties (Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Roditis, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah), they collaborate with viticulturists in Aigialeia. Methods used include cold extraction, fermentation in stainless steel tanks, skin contact, malolactic fermentation, and aging in different types of oak barrels.
