Vineyards
The vineyards are cultivated organically, without irrigation and mechanical means, using manual labor. The varieties include Serifiotiko, Mandilari, Psarosyriko, Monemvasia, Roditis, Platyracho, and Savatiano. The Vous series includes wines such as Vous Serifiotiko, Vous Monemvasia, Vous Xiro White, Vous Xiro Rosé, Vous Portokali, and Vous Aspalathros. Ksiro Chorio is the flagship white wine made from Serifiotiko.
Tourism
The winery is open to visitors by appointment and offers a free tour and tasting. Visits include walks through the vineyards and tastings in an outdoor area with panoramic sea views.
