Estate
Ktima Mitzifiri is a family-owned, vertically integrated winery based in Mytikas Chalkida in the Lilantio field, just 4 km from Chalkida. It was established in 2003, operating on a privately owned estate with modern winemaking and bottling facilities.
Vineyards
The estate has approximately 45 stremmas of privately owned vineyards on sandy clay soil with good drainage. The cultivation has been certified organic since 2002, with an emphasis on natural practices: No use of commercial yeasts. Minimal or no addition of sulfites. Work aimed at the authentic expression of the terroir. The main varieties are: Vradianó, Savvatiano, Moschofilero, Roditis. The LILAS series is the flagship of the winery, with three versions: LILAS Savvatiano – white dry. LILAS Extraction – orange wine from gray varieties (Moschofilero, Roditis). LILAS Vradianó – light red. All wines in the series are unfiltered, without additives, and with minimal intervention. Other labels: Sirinos (white & red dry). Filomelos (red semi-sweet). Bag-in-Box options (white & red). Production notes: The Lilas Gray Skin Contact 2024 has alcohol 11.7%, acidity 5.7 g/L, residual sugars 0.9 g/L, total sulfites 44 mg/L, with 5 days of extraction.
