Vineyards
The estate has 100 stremmas of vineyards in the region of Elassona, at an altitude of approximately 450 meters. The vineyards are cultivated using certified organic practices, and the harvest is done manually. The area's climate is continental and cool, with an average annual temperature of about 15°C. The soils are calcareous, sandy, and clayey. The average age of the vineyards is 20 years. Indigenous varieties: Roditis Alepou, Limniona. International varieties: Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Merlot, Syrah. The estate's annual production is approximately 30,000 bottles.
