The vineyards are cultivated using certified organic practices, and the harvest is done manually. The area's climate is continental and cool, with an average annual temperature of about 15°C. The soils are calcareous, sandy, and clayey. The average age of the vineyards is 20 years. Indigenous varieties: Roditis Alepou, Limniona. International varieties: Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Merlot, Syrah. The estate's annual production is approximately 30,000 bottles.
