Varieties cultivated include Malagousia, Assyrtiko, Mavrodaphne, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Syrah. The philosophy focuses on limited production, traditional techniques, and sustainability.
