Oenos Mittas Winery is located in Naoussa, Imathia, at the heart of the PDO Xinomavro zone. Although the Mittas family has a tradition in viticulture, the winery began to feature its name on bottles only in 2019, under the signature of the young oenologist Yiannis Mittas.

Vineyards
The heart of Oenos Mittas is the 1.8 hectares in Paliokalia, the most prestigious subzone of Naoussa. Cultivation: organic, without chemical treatments. Winemaking: spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, minimal intervention. Aging: 12 months in selected oak barrels, with low sulfites and unfiltered. The main label is Oenos Mittas Naoussa Xinomavro, 100% Xinomavro.
