Vineyards
Cultivation is carried out using sustainable practices, respecting the environment and utilizing the unique soil and climate characteristics of the Parnassus region. The vineyards are situated at an altitude that favors slow ripening and complexity of the wines. Argyriou Winery focuses on highlighting forgotten Greek varieties and their coexistence with international ones: Indigenous varieties: Roditis, Malagousia, Robola, Assyrtiko, Mavroudi. International varieties: Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir. The estate produces 9 different labels, balancing between white, red, and unique blends.
