Intro
The winery was established in the 1970s by Giorgos Kokotos, who settled in Stamata, Attica, at an altitude of approximately 450 meters. The choice of location was a conscious shift towards nature and the land, aiming to produce quality wines combined with a multifaceted agricultural estate.

Vineyards
The estate has 80–90 stremmas of privately owned vineyards, cultivated with organic practices. Soil: limestone–schist, with good drainage and rich trace elements. Microclimate: cooling environment from Parnitha and Penteli. Cultivated varieties include international and Greek varieties: International: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Assyrtiko. Local: Savatiano, Roditis, Agiorgitiko. Indicative labels: Kokotos Estate Red — Cabernet Sauvignon with Merlot (90/10), aged 20 months in oak barrels; aging potential 10–15 years. Savatiano — available in stainless steel tank and acacia barrel versions. Roditis–Savatiano Blend. Malagouzia and single-variety Assyrtiko.
Tourism
The winery is compact, with an underground cellar and French & American oak barrels. Tasting Programs (by reservation): Monday–Friday (10:00–15:00) 3 labels with accompaniments — ~20 €/person (minimum charge 140 €) 7 labels with gourmet accompaniments — ~40 €/person (minimum charge 140 €) Weekends (12:30) 7 labels, open tasting — ~25 €/person.
