Ktima Pavlidis was established in 1998 by Christoforos Pavlidis, a businessman in the marble industry. It is located in Kokkinogeia, Drama, in a valley surrounded by the Falakro, Menoikio, and Pangaio mountains, with access to the Aegean Sea.

The estate has received significant awards in several international competitions such as the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, Challenge International du Vin, Decanter World Wine Awards, Mundus Vini Spring, Berliner Wine Trophy & Vinalies Internationales.
Vineyards
The first plantation was approximately 20 stremmas, while today the privately owned vineyards cover 800–850 stremmas, most of which are located in the Perichora area of Drama. The estate employs modern cultivation techniques, including an irrigation system equipped with weather stations for optimal ripening. Harvesting is done manually at night. The wine varieties available are Assyrtiko, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Agiorgitiko, Syrah, and Tempranillo.
Tourism
The winery welcomes visitors by appointment, six days a week. The experience includes a tour of the vineyards and facilities, a visit to the underground cellars and tasting room, the opportunity for tastings with special packages, and wine purchases directly from the premises.
