Vineyards
The vineyards are cultivated in three different zones of Epirus: Ambracian Gulf with clay soils and a maritime microclimate (Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Vertzami), Zitsa with an altitude of 350–700 meters and red clay (Debina, Vlachiko), Konitsa with an altitude of 450–600 meters and a cool climate (7.3 ha). Production is based on organic cultivation and low-intervention winemaking. The “Les Vignerons” series honors small winegrowers of Epirus. Labels include Day30 Liberté with 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc, aged in amphorae & oak barrels, as well as other limited productions such as Super Girl, Jack of Spades, Dame Rouge II, Âge d’Or, Tres Plein Soleil, Miss De Bina, Odyssey.
Tourism
The winery offers organized wine tourism experiences, such as the Barrique & Coravin Tasting (~€43) with a tasting of 4 wines and the Premium Flight (~€120) with wine pairings with caviar, smoked eel, or feta, as well as vertical vintage tastings.
