Ktima Harlafti – Domaine Harlaftis
Intro
Ktima Harlafti, known as Domaine Harlaftis, operates in the PDO Nemea zone, in the Achladia area. There, a modern winery functions, developed with the aim of vinifying and aging Agiorgitiko wines right in the vineyard.
Estate
Its underground facilities house over 500 oak barrels, and a new building was recently erected within the vineyard, marking the modernization and management takeover by the third generation of the Harlaftis family.
Vineyards
The winemaking philosophy focuses mainly on Agiorgitiko, which expresses the terroir of Nemea. At the same time, the estate dares to experiment with international varieties, such as Malbec, cultivated in single-variety experimental vineyards. Christiana Malbec (2019) – Dry Red, experimental; a rare example of Malbec in Greece, fermented in 500 l barrels and aged for 12 months in oak. Petaloudes Rosé 2023 – Dry Rosé. Flamingo Rosé 2021 – Premium Dry Rosé. Grande Reserve Nemea 2017 – Dry Red Reserve.
