Canava Roussos is located in the village of Mesa Gonia (Episkopi Gonia) in Santorini and is the oldest winery on the island, founded in 1836. It has remained in the same family for five generations, preserving tradition and respect for the region's wine heritage.

Wines & Labels: Santorini Roussos (Assyrtiko), Nykteri Roussos, Rivari Roussos, Caldera Roussos, Athiri Roussos, Mavranthiro Roussos, Nama Roussos (sweet, ~$15/750ml).
Tourism
The winery operates from May to October (11:00–19:00). Tasting includes Assyrtiko samples at €3 or a glass at €6. The venue features an open amphitheater for musical and theatrical events, with hospitality characterized as friendly and informal.
