Ktima Roussos

Intro

Ktima Roussos, also known as Asteras Winery, is located in the Asteras area, near Ysternia of Paros. The family tradition in viticulture continues with the third generation led by Konstantinos Roussos.

Estate

The winery opened to the public in 2018. The first plantings began in 2007 with 40 stremmas, followed by new areas until 2011.

Vineyards

The winery exclusively cultivates indigenous varieties of Paros, such as Monemvasia, Mandilaria, Mavro Aidani, and Aspro Aidani. Iconic labels include: White Blend: Malagouzia 40%, Assyrtiko 40%, Monemvasia 20%. Rosé: from Mavro Aidani. Red: from Mandilaria & Mavro Aidani. PDO Paros: from Mandilaria & Monemvasia.

Tourism

The modern winery space is open to visitors daily (08:00–20:00, last entry at 19:00), except Easter and August 15th. Visitors can taste five labels accompanied by local delicacies, with a view of the vineyards. Since 2020, a shop operates on the Naoussa–Prodromos road for direct tasting and purchases.
