Manalis Winery – Sikinos
Intro
Manalis Winery stands prominently in northwestern Sikinos, at an altitude of ~400 meters, with a view that embraces the Aegean. It was established in 2008 by Giorgos Manalis, with the aim of reviving the island's forgotten wine tradition.

Vineyards
Cultivation of indigenous, dry-farmed varieties on traditional terraces. Since 2018, it operates entirely on renewable energy sources. The SIKOINOS series includes: White – Assyrtiko, Aidani, Monemvasia; Rosé – Aidani, Mavrotragano; Red – Mavrotragano, Mandilaria; Liosato – a sweet wine of local tradition.
Tourism
Seasonal operation: June–September daily, May & October by appointment. Self-service wine bar: choose a glass and enjoy the sunset on the terrace. Cellar tour every evening, with photographic presentations on the winemaking process. Strofylia Restaurant: local cuisine, ideal for dinner with a twilight view.
