Meteoro Winery

Meteoro Winery was established in 2004 by the Vasileios and Artemis Tsinas family. It is located in the area of ancient Phaloria, at the foothills of Meteora, in the greater region of Trikala. It cultivates approximately 140 stremmas of vineyards and produces wines and spirits with a distinctive character.

Vineyards
Today, it cultivates approximately 140 stremmas of vineyards around Meteora, Skoumbos, Theopetra, and Kalabaka. The viticulture includes Greek varieties such as Malagousia, Assyrtiko, Muscat of Alexandria, Muscat of Hamburg, Xinomavro, and Limnio, as well as international ones like Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Merlot. The portfolio includes wines and spirits such as Meteoro Syrah, Meteoro White, and Asclepius tsipouro.
Tourism
The winery accepts visits by appointment, daily from 12:00–18:00, with a tour of the vineyards and wine tasting. An 11 km e-bike tour is offered with a tasting of three wines and tsipouro, accompanied by local delicacies (€60 for adults, €45 for minors). Other options include wine tasting tours of 5–6 labels (€46.50) and romantic private tastings with a view of Meteora (€116.25).
