Voï Boutique Winery is known as "The Voice of the Earth" in Rapsani.
Estate
In the traditional settlement of Kraniá, at the foothills of Mount Olympus (654 m), Voï is housed in a building from 1905. Created by Jason Ligas (known from Domaine Ligas).
Vineyards
8.5 hectares of vineyards aged 25–80 years, in the PDO Rapsani zone. Varieties: Xinomavro, Stavroto, Krasato, Syrah. Cultivation: organic, biodynamic, permaculture, with gobelet training. Winemaking: no sulfites, unfiltered, no commercial yeasts.
Tourism
Olympian Winetasting — 4 wines with a view of Mount Olympus (€45). Private Mountain Table — personalized dinner with a private chef & sommelier (€130). Open Tuesday–Sunday, 10:00–19:00. Amenities: restaurant, wheelchair access, parking, family & pet friendly. Languages: Greek, English, French, Italian.
