Ktima Zande
Intro
Ktima Zande was established in 2005 by agronomist and winemaker Yiannis Zande, in Velvento, Kozani, on the slopes of Pieria. Its location, overlooking Lake Polyfytos and linked to the myths of the Muses, imparts a unique character to its wines.

Vineyards
The vineyards cover 80–85 stremmas of organic cultivation, stretching from the chapel of Agioi Apostoloi to the shores of Lake Polyfytos. The varieties cultivated include Xinomavro, Limniona, Merlot, Syrah, Malagouzia, Malvasia Aromatica, and Chardonnay. Signature labels: Velveltinos – Xinomavro 70%, Syrah 30%; Adam – Merlot 50%, Cabernet Sauvignon 35%, Xinomavro 15%; Rosalia – Rosé from Xinomavro 60%, Limniona 40%; Malagouzia Zande – Malagouzia 100%; Eva – Chardonnay 100%.
Tourism
The estate accepts visits by appointment, from Monday to Friday (9:00–15:00). The experience includes a tour of the vineyard and winery, as well as a tasting. In 2025, to mark its 20th anniversary, the estate organized a special event with food & wine pairing and a DJ set.
