Ktima Manolesaki was established in 1989 in Adriani, Drama, and was among the first to revive the viticultural potential of the area. The Manolesaki family invested early in both French and Greek varieties, respecting the local terroir, highlighting Drama as one of the most emerging wine-producing zones in the country.

The estate's privately owned vineyard extends over approximately 200 stremmas on the slopes of Adriani. Cultivated varieties: French: Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah. Greek: Malagousia, Muscat of Alexandria, Assyrtiko, Agiorgitiko, Moschomavro, Limnio, Pinot Noir. Top labels: Exis White – Malagousia & Assyrtiko, Exis Red – Moschomavro & Limnio, Anastasia Rosé – Cabernet Sauvignon & Moschomavro, Gennima Psychis – white and red blends, Special expressions such as “Pelagia” and rosé editions.
Tourism
The winery is open to visitors, offering tours of the production areas and the cellar. Tastings are provided, and the outdoor area also hosts events.
