Passas Winery is a family business founded in 2016 by Kyriakos Papadopoulos.
Estate
The vineyards are located in Stavrochori, Xanthi, at an altitude of 110–130 meters, on the slopes of the Nestos Valley.
Vineyards
Cultivation began in 2007 with approximately 50 stremmas and varieties such as Syrah, Sauvignon Blanc, Assyrtiko, and Mavroudi. Vidiano was added in 2017. The soils and microclimate of the valley contribute to wines with a distinctive character. The 'Mavra Nera' series is available in white, rosé, red, and semi-sweet, with varietal compositions from Assyrtiko, Vidiano, Syrah, Sauvignon Blanc, and Mavroudi. Many expressions are vegan friendly.
