Vineyards
The privately owned vineyards cover 70 stremmas. The Moschofilero variety is at the center of production. The winemaking relies on alternative methods: fermentation in clay vessels or concrete tanks, aging in oak and acacia barrels, use of indigenous yeasts, and limited interventions. Moschofilero Series: Fteri, Route Gris, Ekato, Tomi Mantineia. Tomi Mantineia: complex, rich, with balanced acidity. Holy Mania: white with an intense bouquet of flowers and citrus. Pitys Ritinitis: premium retsina from 100% Assyrtiko. Route 111: red blend of Agiorgitiko–Mavrodaphne, with a rich fruity and herbal character.
