Ktima Dyo Filoi
Intro
Ktima Dyo Filoi was founded from the friendship of Yiannis Boutaris with the couple Georgia Gkoutziamani – Ioannis Polyzos, with the mission of quality revival of the historic vineyard of Siatista. The winery is located within the city of Siatista and serves as both a production unit and a cultural landmark, combining tradition with modern winemaking.
Vineyards
The privately owned vineyards are located in Petrovo Siatistas, at an altitude of 600–700 meters. The microclimate is characterized by cold winters, mild springs, and hot, dry summers. These characteristics give the grapes balance, aromatic intensity, and aging potential. Varieties: Xinomavro, Moschomavro, Pinot Noir, Gewürztraminer. Signature Labels: To Kelari tou Tapnou – a sun-dried wine from Xinomavro (70%) & Moschomavro (30%), aged using natural methods.
Tourism
The winery is open to visitors, designed with traditional architecture reminiscent of Siatista mansions. It participates in the wine tourism network “Wine Roads of the Lakes” of Northern Greece. Of particular importance is the cellar 'Tou Tapnou', a historic 180-year-old space where special labels mature.
