The average age of the vineyards is 20 years. Indigenous varieties include Assyrtiko, Agiorgitiko, Malagousia, while international varieties include Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Syrah, Malvasia Aromatica. The winemaking philosophy is based on low yield per stremma and organic cultivation.
