Vineyards
The estate cultivates approximately 50 stremmas of privately owned biodynamic vineyards in Palli, on limestone soils with low organic matter. The vines have an average age of over 70 years and the traditional goblet training system is used. Yields are intentionally kept very low (~400 kg per stremma). Since 1990, certified homeodynamic-biodynamic practices have been applied. The winery's philosophy focuses on creating natural organic wines with minimal intervention, with spontaneous fermentation exclusively with indigenous yeasts, extended aging on fine lees, and bottling without filtration and without the addition of preservatives. Key labels include Lacomatia and Efranor.
