Ktima Dimopoulos
Intro
Ktima Dimopoulos was established in 2015 by Panagiotis Dimopoulos, continuing the family tradition started by grandfather Dimitris with the first plantings in 1930. The next generation developed commercial activities in Kastoria, and today the estate combines history with modern winemaking.

Vineyards
The vineyard spans approximately 440 stremmas of privately owned cultivation in Xino Nero Amyntaio, at an altitude of 630–670 meters. The microclimate is characterized by mild northern winds and dryness. The soils are sandy-clay with a southern slope. Cultivated varieties include: Red: Xinomavro, Syrah, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Montepulciano, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot. White: Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Assyrtiko. Winemaking involves low yields (~700 kg/stremma), manual harvesting, pre-fermentation cold extraction for whites, rosé fermentation with saignée, batonnage, long maturation of reds in oak barrels (≥12 months), minimal use of sulfites, and unfiltered bottling.
Tourism
The estate holds the Certified Winery Visit label and welcomes visitors: Monday–Saturday 10:00–18:00, Sunday by appointment. Visitors enjoy tours, tastings, and a hospitable atmosphere.
