Ktima Voyatzi is located in Velvento, Kozani, at a unique spot between the Pieria Mountains and Lake Polyfytos. The Voyatzi family restarted their winemaking journey in the early 1990s.

The Voyatzi family restarted their winemaking journey in the early 1990s. The winery remains a family affair. The microclimate of Velvento, shaped by the Pieria Mountains and Lake Polyfytos, imparts freshness, balance, and a distinctive character to the wines.
Vineyards
Since the establishment of the new vineyard (1991–1994), Ktima Voyatzi has been applying organic practices. The vineyard area ranges from 30–100 stremmas, cultivating both Greek and international varieties. Special emphasis is placed on the rare Tsapournakos, Lefkotsiknias, and the Xinomavro–Moschomavro blends.
Tourism
The winery offers organized reception areas, friendly to visitors with disabilities. Tastings are offered at different levels: Tour I: tasting of three basic wines with accompaniments (~5 €/person). Tour II (Premium): varietal label tasting (~12 €/person). Tour III: vertical tasting of 6 red wines, by arrangement.
